A change in management, or a desire to pivot business strategy to approach a new market. Or simply the recognition of how important it is to remain fresh, dynamic and keep in front of clients.

When Jarrolds approached SoRo Studio their motivation pretty much covered all the above.

Jarrolds Glazing has over 25 years of success in East Anglia as a family, sole trader business, based in Ipswich. When the founder Steve Jarrold, decided to retire, Kris Meadows jumped at the chance to take over the business and ensure it’s a success for the next 25 years.

Kris decided that as well as continuing to work in the residential and commercial sectors, there was an opportunity to expand to work with residential developer sites.

We loved having the challenge of adapting the logo, print work, and social media accounts with the aim of not only maintaining existing clients and sectors but also to attract a new sector.

We cleaned up the logo to create a more modern look. The strong colour remains as a testament to the successful history of the brand, but with cleaner lines appealing to all sectors. We recreated promotional materials, following the principle of the new logo.

The website was completely updated with the revised logo and continuing with the clean lines it promotes. The three sectors Jarrolds are targeting are clearly identified – domestic, residential and commercial.

With the new logo and website in place, it was a great time to refresh and refocus attention on social media accounts. We started to manage their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, all of which have expired growth. Insta has achieved over 95% growth in followers, Facebook an improvement in reach and engagement of 87% and LinkedIn a growth of STAT.
